Service availability

Your vehicles
Activate a QR plate
Use the permanent device token and the separate key from inside the packaging. Never place the activation key on the public QR.
Event centre
Latest 100 reports. Events and notes are retained for 90 days by the running backend’s scheduled maintenance.
Notification settings
Email uses your signed-in account’s verified email. A new receiving phone number must be verified before use.
All-feature renewal · €4.90/year
All service features are free for 2 years from activation with any FlipPing Tag or Plate purchase, including anonymous calls and two-way number masking. After that, renew for €4.90/year to keep SMS, WhatsApp and phone services. Without renewal, email and web notifications remain free. Usage allowances apply.
Annual call allowance must be configured before calling can be enabled. Calls stop when the allowance is exhausted; reports remain available. No recording by default.
Shared driver notices
Invite a driver for up to 30 days. They must sign in and accept. Email notices and the delegated inbox are shared; private calls still route to the registered owner.

Your data
Export your vehicle and event data. For a lost/stolen plate, suspend it above. To transfer it, release it and privately pass the new activation key to the recipient. The old key and former owner’s access stop working.
Delete my account
This cancels the connected subscription, retires your remaining devices and deletes account/event data. This cannot be undone. Export first and release any plate you want to transfer.
